The Top 10 Reasons That Your Employees Really Quit
AMEN!!! I left the corporate world because I finally realized I never belonged there, and needed to go after what I really wanted to do in life. Don't get me wrong, I was always grateful to have a job, but I experienced 9 out of 10 of these reasons in EVERY position I held, and ended up leaving. A lot of companies could learn a lot from this article. It's so simple, happy employees make your company successful! Really don't understand why companies don't get this.
